Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt that you would have received on your email after placing the order on the website or any other proof of purchase. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a DM to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount would be transferred through internet banking to any of your accounts in a bank or jazz cash. Please note that the transfer would take additional 2-3 working days.
Shipping
All the items are to be shipped by customers for return through any of their desired courier service. Please note that the cost of return is to be borne by the customer.
